Met with the daughter of the tenant and she showed me the hole in the ceiling on the upper floor that fell from a roof leak. The roof leak has been repaired and has not leaked since the repair was done. The insulation continues to fall due to not pushed back and has no plastic covering the opening. The ceiling is a high ceiling and vaulted. Did call the property manager and they are having trouble locating a drywall person or company to do the work. Will check in 10 days. RV. |
