After inspection met with TPD at property found that squatter was arrested and removed owner of the house has been deceased, found no smoke detectors, roof damage, ceiling damage, exposed electrical wires being wet between the ceiling and the roof electrical hazard, also unsanitary kitchen area possible combustion hazard will be posting unsafe to occupy and securing Front doors. |
