Arrived on site and met with the property owner who stated they had just finish doing this block stucco wall. States he called PDSD and asked before he built the wall and was told no permit is needed. Found block stucco wall built 6 feet high along the front inside of the property. Off of the Sarnoff Side of the property the wall moved up to 6‘11“For about another 40 feet. Again property owner was told no permit is needed. Will move to notice of violation |
