Office called that the house has no AC. Arrived and the tenants were home and let me see the A-coil and the motor portion of the unit was out and not connected. The tenant stated that the motor was not working and needed to be replaced. The condensor is on the roof in the rear of the house. The gas line for the heating portion has a yellow tag from Southwest Gas to not be used. The water heater is working at this time and they have hot water to the house. The smoke detectors are missing through out where required. When leaving the site a person showed to the property to work on the unit and a motor for the blower was found and was going to be installed. The temperature was 91 degrees to a 100 degress in different rooms. The tenants did have a fan in the main bedroom and nothing for the other rooms. Did give a card to the tenants to call me if the cooling system is working. Will check in the morning if not called today. Did find areas of termite damage in the rear of the house in different areas, roaches and rats. RV. |
