THERE WAS REFUSE AND DEBRIS GENERATED BY THIS ACTIVITY. INSPECTOR SPOKE TO PERSONS FOUND ON THE PROPERTY AND ADVISED THAT PROPERTY OWNER WILL BE CALLED AND THEY ARE TO VACATE AS THEY ARE TRESSPASSING. THEY AGREED TO LEAVE PEACEFULLY. INSPECTOR CALLED CHRIS NERO AND ADVISED HIM OF ISSUES FOUND AND GAVE A VERBAL WARNING TO REMOVE PERSONS AND CLEAN UP THE REFUSE AND DEBRIS, INSPECTOR WILL RETURN NEXT WEEK TO CONFIRM. CHRIS INDICATES THAT HE IS IN LIDIGATION WITH THE PROPERTY BENEFICUARY. REPORTED FINDINGS TO SUPER MR.
11/19/2021 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved ON SITE; ALL VIOLATIONS REMAIN, NO PERMITS HAVE BEEN OBTAINED FOR REHAB OR DEMO. BUILDING AND PROPERTY REMAINS IN NUSIANCE STATE. UPON ARRIVAL TO PROPERTY, THE AUTO SHOP BUILDING BAY DOOR IN REAR WAS BREACHED. THERE WAS HOMELESS ACTIVITY FOUND WITHIN TO INCLUDE URINE, FECES AND OTHER REFUSE AND DEBRIS IN THE BUILDING AND ON THE PROPERTY AND ABUTTING AREAS. CONTACT WAS MADE WITH STAT AGENT CHRIS NERO WHO HAD HIS CONTRACTOR COME OUT TO SECURE OPENINGS. ISSUED NOTICE AND ORDER TO SECURE THE BUILDINGS WITH ZERO DAYS TO COMPLY. TOOK PICTURES TO ISSUE COURT CITATION.
