The office called that the ceiling has bubbles and they popped and has water on the floor. Arrived and the bubbles have popped and not today some time ago. The roof has been leaking in the bedroom and the living room and has soft spots where the water is dripping and going down the wall. Did meet with the management and the have a roofer working on patching the leaks and has the drywall be looked in the next few days. In the bedroom has one of the areas where the drywall has fallen and has the paint covering the opening but can be pushed in. The steps to the landing to the front entrance has a face plate that has rotted and will need to be replace. The landing on the mid-level has the floor covering lifting but is secured to not a trip hazard. They have a person coming to make the needed repairs on the steps landing and the riser face plate. Has a drywall area where the drywall has fallen on the midspan landing and that will be repaired when the unit is done on the repairs. No N.O.V. issued but will check later on the progress and has none will do the N.O.V. RV. |
