Initial Inspection today - Met with tenant who showed me the areas of concern: Leak behind Refrigerator in Kitchen, Leak in Living Room, Termites and No A/C. Current temp was 92 degrees at the time of inspection. Air coming out of the vent was 85 bedroom was 83 and living room was 83. Will speak to mananger |
