PROPERTY MANAGER ON-SITE WITH TENANTS, CODE ENFORCEMENT WAS NOT ABLE TO ISOLATE POWER TO THE ELEVATOR MOTOR DEVICE WITHOUT TERMINATING POWER TO THE BUILDING. POSTED UNFIT TO OCCUPY POWER WAS LOCKED AT THE OFF POSITION TO PREVENT SWITCH GEAR TO BE TURNED BACK ON AND CAUSING FURTHER DAMAGE. PROPERTY MANAGER ACKNOWLEDGE DOCUMENTS AND WILL SECURE BUILDING UNTIL REPAIRS ARE MADE OR ABLE TO ISOLATE THE POWER FROM MALFUNCTIONING DEVICE. |
