THE 5TH FLOOR EXIT DOOR TO INTERIOR HALLWAY BROKEN GLASS PANE THE COURT YARD HAS ANIMAL WASTE IN THE LANDSCAPED AREAS, THERE IS DEAD VEGETATION. THE COURT YARD OVERHEAD LIGHT FIXTURE IN THE PATIO AREA NOT PROPERLY SECURED THE COURT YARD'S EXTERIOR ELECTRICAL ENCLOSURE FOR THE GAS FIREPLACE HAS A MISSING PROTECTIVE COVER THE COURT YARD HAS A 3 INCH OVERHEAD DRAIN LINE WITH MISSING OVERHEAD SUPPORT THE PATIO AREA HAS 10 (10" X 10") WOOD POSTS WHICH SUPPORT THE MULTIPLE STORY PATIO LOAD THE WOOD MEMBERS HAVE SIGNS OF WEAR DUE TO LACK OF MAINTENANCE, WOOD POST ARE DISCOLORED WITH AREAS OF SPLITTING.
