We also started valet trash services; this will alleviate all the trash issues at the property.

The water pump leak was repaired, however, we are replacing the Pump.



Graffiti was removed.



The 7th-floor roof leak was repaired and damaged tiles were replaced. we are in the process to replace other ceiling tiles that are showing water damage.

The Water pump has been fixed; we are getting the water pump replacement in two weeks. we are Contracting Sunburst Plumbing for the work
Unclogging the drain on the 5th floor
We are placing the order for the ceiling tiles.


Everything will be taken care of by the due date.
