THE COMPLEX ELEVATORS ARE MALFUNCTIONING AND NOT FUNCTIONING TO CERTAIN FLOOR LEVELS. CITY COMMUNICATIONS HAS BEEN NOTIFIED TO CONTACT TFD INSPECTORS REGARDING THIS AFFECTING EGRESS ISSUES. FIRE INSPECTOR STATED HE WILL CONDUCT AN ONSITE VISIT ON THE FOLLOWING BUSINESS HOURS FOR THE ELEVATOR ISSUES. AFTER EXTENSIVE ONSITE INVESTIGATION TUCSON WATER HAS ARRIVED AND TESTED THE WATER SUPPLY AND HAS BEEN DETERMINED THE BUILDING IS NOT BEING SUPPLIED BY THE UTILITY COMPANY FOR UNKNOWN REASONS THAT HAS TO BE INVESTIGATED. ON SITE TUCSON WATER HAS REPORTED TO HIS DISPATCHED THE LACK OF WATER SUPPLIED TO THEIR METERING INFRASTRUCTURE AND THE NEED TO SEND A CREW TO INVESTIGATE SUPPLY VALVES IN THE STREETS AND SURROUNDING BOOSTER SITES. AT THIS TIME NO ACTION WILL BE TAKEN AGAINST THE PROPERTY OWNER OR MANAGEMENT WILL FOLLOW UP WITH AREA INSPECTOR AND TUCSON FIRE FOR THE OTHER ONGOING ISSUES ON SITE. LEFT VOICEMAIL ON THE MAINTENANCE PHONE NUMBER REGARDING THE NO WATER SITUATION AND 9AM INSPECTION WITH MULTIPLE AGENCIES. |
