THE KITCHEN LIGHT FIXTURE, REGISTERS AND THE HVAC RETURN AIR HAVE WATER DRIPPING. WATER HAS PENETRATED THE INTERIOR WALLS AND CEILING. ELECTRICAL: ELECTRICAL DEVICES ARE WET OR IN CLOSE PROXIMITY TO WATER INTRUSION.
