UNIT 13211 HAS WATER SATURATION IN THE FLOORING AND CARPET AREAS. THE WALLS HAVE BUBBLED AREAS. THE KITCHEN LIGHT FIXTURE, REGISTERS AND THE HVAC RETURN AIR HAVE WATER DRIPPING.

WATER HAS PENETRATED THE INTERIOR WALLS AND CEILING.
