TENANT COMPLAINED BECAUSE THE TILE HAD NOT BEEN REDONEON A WALL IN THE BATHROOM. THE WALL HAS THE PROPER DRY WALL AND I NOT A HAZARD AT THIS TIME. THE ROOF DRAIN SYSTEM IS NOT WORKING PROPERLY AND DURING THE MONSOON RAIN CAME DOWN THE EXTERIOR WALL AND INTO THE UNIT BY THE WINDOW. PLASTIC IS CURRNTLY OVER THE WINDOWS. SPOKE WITH TENANT, MAINTENCE MAN AND OFFICE ASSISTANT AT THE UNIT CONCERNING THE REPAIRS. TENANT WANTED THE BATHROOM CLEANED. EXPLAINED SHE SHOULD REACH OUT TO A SERVICE FOR CLEANING ASSISTANCE. THE COMPLEX IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR MAINTAING A CLEAN ENVIROMENT INSIDE THE UNIT.
