Arrived on site and spoke to unit 412 Cardassi, had a medium size dog on the balcony however could not see it because it was on the second floor and not visible. Advise tenant why I was there and he stated he has not had a chance to clean the area today because he is just getting home from work.Will however take care of the situation and I will follow up on Monday |
