09/15/2021 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved No one home and was able to look around through the alley. The trees in the alley need to be cut more, the rear yard needs to be cleaned, 2-vehicles in the rear yard, and the carport still has the pile of cabinets. Did leave a card on the front metal security door. The owner did call and went over on what needs to be done. The items in the carport are kitchen cabinets and will be going back up when the walls and ceiling have been patched and painted. The tree in the alley will be trimmed and the owner thought that the trees in the alley belong to the City. Went over that the owners are responsible for half the alley on both sides. The rear yard will be cleaned and the vehicles will be removed. The water heater is going to be replaced and is a used water heater due to the other water heater is leaking. Did go over that a permit will be required when the work is done. Will check in 14 days. RV.
