THERE IS AN ENERGIZED ELECTRICAL CEILING FAN IN THE NEAR VICINITY OF THE WATER INTRUSION. AT THE EXTERIOR OF THE BUILDING THERE IS A MAIN SERVICE PANEL LABELED "302 W. FLORES PANEL EA" THAT HAS AN ENERGIZED NON APPROVED 30AMP-125 RECEPTACLE BEING ENERGIZED BY TYPE NM 10 AWG NONMETALLIC SHEATH CABLE IN A NON-CODE COMPLAINT MANNER. THERE IS AN ACTIVE ROOF LEAK NEAR THE VICINITY OF THE INTERIOR CEILING FAN. THE INTERIOR DRY WALL HAS PARTIALLY COLLAPSED; THE PROPERTY OWNER HAS THE ROOF SCHEDULED TO BE REPAIR ON 7/14/2021. THERE ARE CURRENT RAIN STORMS IN THE CITY LIMITS FORECAST, AND JULY 12 2021 WE RECENTLY HAD A SEVERE RAIN STORM IN THE CITY LIMITS. DUE TO THE LEAK IS NEAR ELECTRICAL AND BEING OCCUPIED THE CITY WILL CONDEMN THE UNIT AND ORDER THE POWER TO REMAIN OFF UNTIL ROOF REPAIRS ARE MADE TO PROTECT THE OCCUPANTS AND THE INTERIOR OF THE STRUCTURE FROM FURTHER DAMAGE. OWNER HAS BEEN ADVISED ONCE REPAIRS ARE MADE THE UNIT MAYBE RE-OCCUPIED. POSTED UNFIT TO OCCUPY ON THE UNIT, AND ORDERS HAS BEEN LEFT WITH OCCUPANTS. THE NON APPROVED RECEPTACLE HAS BEEN REMOVED BY OWNERS ELECTRICIAN |
