PLUMBING IS ACTIVELY WORKING, CONSTITUENT STATED APPROX. 7/11/21 PLUMBING HAD BACKED UP AND FLOODED THE SURROUNDING AREA OF THE CLEAN OUT AT BUILDING 4 NEAR UNITS 420 AND 419. OFFICE STAFF HAD THE MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR CONTACT ME WITH A RESOLUTION TO CLEAN UP THE AREA. MAINTENANCE STATED HE WILL SANITIZE THE AREA AND REMOVE ANY EXCESS WASTE BY PROPERLY DISPOSING IN A TRASH CONTAINER. |
