Went to the site and the ceiling in the hall bathroom has fallen over the shower area. The ceiling has fell twice and has a small hole on 7-8-21 and than a bigger one on 7-14-21. The drywall was getting wet from the condensation line being plugged and filling up the pan for the overflow. The AC unit is in the attic area over the hall bathroom. The water is leaking and following the flex duct to the drywall and the wood trusses. The unit was not on at the time of the inspection and was not leaking at this time. Did call the property owner and the property manager to check on getting the repairs completed or when they will make the needed repairs and had to leave a message. The bathroom door is being kept closed and not using the bathroom at this time. There is a second bathroom and that is being used at this time. There is no other damage in the master bedroom closet or the wash room by the garage. Will wait for the call back. RV. |
