I READ THE MANAGER THE COMPLAINT AND THE MANAER STATED THEY ASK THEIR TENANTS TO KEEP THE BALCONIES CLEAR AT THE REQUEST OF TPD AND THEY MONITOR THAT CLOSELY, ALL UNITS HAVE SMALL CLOSETS CONNECTED TO THE BALCONIES AND TENANTS ARE ASKED TO KEEP PERSONAL BELONGINGS IN THE CLOSET OUT OF SIGHT. MANAGER STATED THERE IS ONE PERSON IN UNIT 812, 2ND FLOOR UNIT, SHE HAS SHEETS HANGING IN FRONT OF THE BALCONY AND HAS BEEN ASKED TO REMOVE THE SHEETS, BUT REFUSES. THE OCCUPANT HAS BEEN IN THE OFFICE TWICE UNDER THE INFLUENCE (OF SOMETHING) HAS BEEN ASKED TO LEAVE AND NOT TO ENTER THE OFFICE WHEN SHE IS LIKE THAT. THEY BELIEVE THE OCCUPANT GRAFITTI'ED THE FRONT WALL BUT HAVE NO REAL PROOF. BURNS PEST CONTROL HAS BEEN CONTACTED TO EXTERMINATE.OCCUPANT HAS ALSO BEEN GIVEN A NON RENEWAL NOTICE AND IS EXPECTED TO BE OUT IN TWO WEEKS. I WALKED BY THE UNIT IN QUESTION BUT STILL HAVE NO PROOF THAT THIS PERSON WAS THE CALLER. I DID FIND THE SHEETS IN FRONT OF THE BALCONY. THERE WAS NO TRASH OR DEBRIS ABOVE OR BELOW THIS UNIT. I FOUND NO ONE SLEEPING OUTSIDE THE UNIT. BECAUSE THE COMPLAINT FORM HAS NO NAME, NO CONTACT, OR PHONE NUMBER FOR THE CALLER, THE INSPECTOR MOVES TO CLOSE THE CASE AND ALLOW MANAGEMENT TO FOLLOW THRU WITH THE NON RENEWAL NOTICE FOR #812.
