07/28/2021 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved Cans located on the east side of the road. Talked to Area Supervisor M.C.. Supervisor wishes to continue to monitor the area till the end of August. Will follow up once a week.
07/15/2021 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved Mailed NOV ouyt to owner. Met with Wards Office and Supervisors on site. Owner was not available. Walked area and discussed the issue with Wards Office. Explained Driver was injured as a result of the cans being moved. Discussed the hazards relocating the cans has caused our staff and the public. Also discussed the potentiual of fines if the owner continues to relocated the cans. $25 per can each and every time it gets relocated.
07/08/2021 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved 12:27 pm While at location owner drove up and state to L.L. he will be back at 5pm to relocate the trash barrels back across the street. TPD never showed up. Owner left area once he found out a citation would be issued to him.
