Arrived and the units still on site and checked all the units and found someone in uinit #6 and has the clearance to remain on the property. Did print on the Do Not Enter sticker OK to remove. Remove the N.O.V. to Vacate from the window that was posted. Did talk to inspector Valdez and he stated that he is the only unit that is occupied. #2 was opened wher they remove the plywood and the door was opened and the unit was cleared. Not able to contact the owner and called Arcaiden Industries to the site to have the unit secured. This case will be closed due to has another case opened and dealing with a possible demo. Violation Abated, Close Case. RV. |
