ON SITE AT PROPERTY WITH TPD AND INSPECTOR VIDAL, FOUND THAT THE UNIT WAS NOT SECURE, tHE FRONT DOOR WAS OPEN AND THERE IS A LOWER LEVEL WINDOW THAT IS OPEN. BUT UNIT IS ABANDONED. PER THE NEIGHBOR NO ONE HAS LIVED THERE FOR A VERY LONG TIME. TPD REACHED OUT TO THE LISTED OWNER BY PHONE AND LEFT A VM. INSPECTOR VIDAL HAS REQUESTED THAT TEP CUT POWER TO THE UNIT. |

T.P.D. called that they are on site with a house that has been vacant for some time and is unsecured. Did call the phone number listed on the cover sheet and received a no answer. T.P.D. did call several time and left a message. Did call the supervisor Martin Romero and gave permission to have the property resecured. Has a window in the rear that had the plywood pulled off the masonry wall and appears to have enter the house and than exited the front door. Called Arcaiden Industries to the site to have the window re-secured and the front door was able to lock to have the house secured. The interior of the house has pigeon waste through out the house which is a 2-story house. Has a broken window on the upper floor that will let the owner know will need to be secured if contact made with the owner. Did call T.E.P. to have the electrical removed at the meter due to the house has been ran sacked and the plywood around the riser on the electrical at the roof is weathered and peeling apart. Has tall grass and weeds, trash and debris and a J.M.V. in the carport area. Will do a N.O.V. RV. |
