The property is vacant and secured. Did see the grandson on the property and not in the house. Did call the other inspector SAM and he was going to call the owner to let them know that the grandson is on the property. This case will be closed and referred to T20DV02920 due to has a court case to have the property cleaned. Violation Abated, Close Case. RV. |

T.P.D. on site removing the grandson from the house. The house has no utilities due to lack of payment or turned off. The family members and the owner don't want the grandson in the house and is being removed by T.P.D. When arriving they found a motorcycle in the house that was stolen and the grandson was being removed for possession of the stolen motorcycle in the house. The son of the owner was given the N.O.V. to Vacate and was signed on site. Did do the posting of Do Not Enter in several areas on the house. The son was going to secure the house. The property has a court order for the property to be cleaned. |
