06/22/2021 INSP - INITIAL CODE ENFORCMENT Approved VISITED SITE, MET WITH TFD INVESTIGATORS. THEY WERE CONCERNED THAT TABLES FROM AN OLD RESTARAUNT HAD AT ONE TIME GAS UNDER THE TABLES SO THAT PATRONS COULD COOK THEIR FOOD RIGHT THERE AT THE TABLE(KOREAN BARBECURE). THE LOREAN BARBCUE HAD CLOSED THERE DOORS, NEW RESTARAUNT HAD OPENED AND TURNED GAS OFF TO THE TABLES, TFD WAS CONCERNED THAT A PERMIT WOULD BE REQUIRED TO DO THAT AND WERE NOT SURE IF THE GAS LINES COULD REMAIN UNDER THE TABLE. I COMPLETED WALKING THE STRUCTURE WITH TFD INVESTIGATORS WHO WERE ISSUING THERE NOTICE FOR CORRECTIONS TO BE MADE. BEFORE LEAVING THE PREMISES I CONTACTED ERNIE STEVENS AND ASKED IF GAS REQUIRED A PERMIT. THE SHORT ANSWER WAS NO. I ALSO CONTACTED BRUCE STEHENS BOTH WITH DSD WHO CONFIRMED A PERMIT WOULD NOT BE REQUIRED. I CONTACTED GLENN D'AURIA AND THEN CONTACTED THE OWNER OF THE RESTARAUNT THAT A PERMIT WOULD NOT BE REQUIRED. C/E HAS NO OTHER ISSUES, TFD WILL ISSUE NOV FOR TFD CORRECTIONS. COMPLIANCE / CLOSE CASE.
