Arrived on site and met with manager who states the A/C vendor was there yesterday at 5:40pm and entered the unit and worked on it. Emails from the tenant states they are cooling down as of 7:25 pm last nite and mananger got another email at 8:30 am stating all is well. Made contact with Ms Swanson who allowed me to enter, she states all was worked out. Unit was cool and comfortable, will move to close out this case |
