A LETTER WAS SENT TO EACH UNIT INFORMING THEM IF THEY HAD ANY TROUBLES OR IS NEW FILTERS WERE REQUIRED TO PLEASE CONTACT MANAGEMENT AND THEY WOULD ADDRESS ANY PROBLEMS.
CONTACTED LAURIE PUMPHREY AND INFORMED HER THAT THE SYSTEM WAS BACK UP AND RUNNING.
06/21/2021 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved REVISITED SITE, I FOUND ABOUT 8 PEOPLE IN LINE REQUESTING INFORMATION CONCERNING THE CHILLER SYSTEM AND THE PHONE WAS RINGING OFF THE HOOK. I WAITED MY TURN AND THEN SPOKE WITH THE MANAGER, SHE INFORMED ME THE MOTOR WAS SUPPOSE TO BE IN LATE TONIGHT OR EARLY IN THE MORNING AND THAT CENTER LINE HEATING AND COOLING WAS TO IN FIRST THING IN THE MORNING TO INSTALL THE MOTOR AND INFORMED HER THE INSTALLATION WOULD NOT BE LONG. I ASKED IF SHE COULD CONTACT CENTER LINE AND CONFIRM THE TIME OF ARRIVAL FOR THE MOTOR, SHE DID MAKE THAT CALL WHILE I WAS ON SITE. CENTER LINE DID TELL HER THEY WOULD MAKE THAT CALL. MANAGER STATED SHE WOULD CONTACT ME LATER WITH THE INFORMATION. THE MANAGER DID CALL ME BACK AND INFORMED ME THE MOTOR MAY ARRIVE CLOSER TO NOON. LAURIE PUMPHREY WAS UNDATED WITH THE INFORMATION.
