Arrived on site and met with Unit A Angela and Husband. This is a cooler on roof, staes people were working on the cooler at 1:00 pm today. Checked the vents in the living room and kitchen area ato find both vents coming out at 79 degrees both of them at this time under compliance number of 86 for a cooler system. Maybe the unit needs time to cool down after being off. Fans in living room and in bedroom. This is a section 8 home and tenant will call her case mananger. I did leave messages for Jim and Brian names and numbers tenants provided. |
