THERE IS A 3 INCH ROUGH PENETRATION ABOVE THE GUTTER BOX WHERE THE REFRIGERANT LINES AND AN ELECTRICAL CABLE RUN INTO THE BUILDING. THESE LINES ARE NOT PROTECTED. THE MINI SPLIT UNITS CIRCUIT SHARES A NEUTRAL WITH TWO CIRCUIT BREAKERS ALSO NOT CODE COMPLIANT.

THERE IS A METALLIC CLAD CABLE INSTALLED WITHOUT A PERMITS, THE CABLE IS PRONE TO PHYSICAL DAMAGE AND NOT CODE COMPLIANT.

THERE IS A 30 AMP BREAKER WHICH ITS AMPACITY EXCEEDS THE CURRENT WIRING RATING, THE CIRCUIT WAS SHUT OFF.
