The tree is in good condition and if the tree needs to be cut on the neighbors side, the neighbor is able to cut the tree on side of the property. Did ask other inspectors and doing the same thing on allowing the tree to remain if not a hazard. If this issues needs to be pursued further, will need to take civil action to have addressed. At this time the case will be closed. Violation Abated, Close Case. RV. |
