Arrived and met with the management and the chiller had lost a phase on the electrical and was running on one leg. A contractor was called to the site and was able to get the system back on and running. The area where the heating system is located is being worked on and being re-done with adding the heating system. Did check the chiller and the cooling tower and chiller are working at this time and the line going out to the units was cool. This system is for the whole complex and has only been back on for over an hour. The actual building is 8602 address for unit #54, Will be checking tomorrow to check on the cooling is OK. RV. |
