07/02/2021 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Initial VIDAL Approved Entered by VIDAL - Went to the site and found a contruction yard. Work is being done to build a masonry wall in the front and the south side of the property, has 2-ramadas being built one on the south side of the property and one on the front of the property in the middle of the property. Has a trailer on the property and get electrical from a generator that is parked in the front of the trailer. The property has vehicles parked through out the property with equipment and material for pools. Not able to find a permit for the work being done and the owner is stating that he has the permit and has paid for the permit. The person working on the drawings is Frank Rendon from 3D Architectual Designs. Did let the owner know that the work has to stop at this time until the permit has been issued. A N.O.V. will be sent to the owner. RV.
