THERE WAS NO EVIDENCE OF FIRE DAMAGED OUTLETS IN ALL ROOMS. THE HOME DOES HAVE 2 PRONG RECEPTACLES TYPICALLY FOUND IN HOMES CONSTRUCTED IN 1949. NO ELECTRICAL VIOLATIONS, THE TENANT STATED THERE WAS A SEWER BLOCKAGE IN THE PAST, NO SPECIFIC DATE. THE SINK AND TOILET ARE IN GOOD WORK ORDER. THERE ARE NO PLUMBING VIOLATIONS. THE TENANT STATED THE BATHROOM WINDOW DOESN'T OPEN. I HAD NO PROBLEM OPENING THE BATHROOM WINDOW. THE VINYL FLOORING HAS MINOR DEFECTS. THE KITCHEN WINDOW HAS A LOCKING DEVICE ON THE OUTSIDE, THERE ARE MINOR CRACKS IN THE CEILING IN THE BEDROOM AND LIVING ROOM. THERE IS ONE SMALL HOLE IN THE WALL IN THE LIVING ROOM. A 30 DAY VIOLATION NOTICE WILL WILL ISSUED NEXT WEEK. I DID SPEAK TO THE OWNER, HE STATED HE WILL REPAIR THE DEFECTS. |
