07/09/2021 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved Inspector Valdez had a warrant issued to have the property inspected. Inspector Valdez called T.P.D. on site to have the warrant served and to perserve the peace. Once the warrant served the inspection was allowed by the tenants who were served on site. The owner of the property was on site and was given a copy of the warrant and was on site until the inspection was completed. Those on site was T.P.D., Inspector Lopez, Inspector Vidal, Inspector Valdez, Case worker LaTonya Watkins who brought the people being cared for. There was approx. 9-people at the time of the inspection being cared for. The interior and the exterior was inspected with some of the items being corrected while on site.
07/09/2021 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved ONSITE INSPECTION UNDER AN ADMINISTRATIVE WARRANT: PRESENT WERE TUCSON POLICE SERGEANT HATCH, THE HOME OWNER ALONG WITH THE TENANT / MANAGER. CODE ENFORCEMENT STAFF WERE INSPECTOR LOPEZ, VIDAL AND MYSELF.
THE HOME IS A 3 BEDROOM HOME WITH, 3 TWINS BEDS IN THE MASTER BEDROOM, 2 TWINS IN THE 2 OTHER BEDROOMS.
THE DINING ROOM HAS BEEN ENCLOSED INTO A BEDROOM WHICH THE FEMALE MANAGER OCCUPIES.
THE ENCLOSED GARAGE HAS 4 BEDS WITH 3 OCCUPANTS.
THE CODE VIOLATIONS ARE AS FOLLOWS:
THE GARAGE HAS BEEN ENCLOSED WITHOUT A PERMIT, THE GARAGE CONVERSATION LACKS REQUIREMENTS PER THE 2018 INTERNATIONAL RESIDENTIAL CODE.

THERE WAS A LIGHTING SYSTEM OVER THE POOL IN THE BACKYARD, THE TENANT WAS ASKED TO REMOVE THE SYSTEM. THE TENANT DID COMPLY.
THE MAIN DISCONNECT HAS MULTIPLE BREAKERS WITH NO LABELING
THE 60 AMP PANEL HAS A 20 AMP BREAKER WHICH WAS SHUT OFF DUE TO UNAPPROVED WIRING METHODS.
THE LAUNDRY ROOM HAS A RECEPTACLE TO THE DRYER WHICH IS NOT CODE COMPLIANT AND UNAPPROVED WIRING METHODS.
THE CONDITIONS INSIDE THE DWELLING ARE CLEAN AND OTHER THAN THE CODE VIOLATIONS LISTED ABOVE NO IMMEDIATE LIFE SAFETY CONCERNS. MANAGEMENT STATED THEY HAVE NO PROBLEM ALLOWING FIRST RESPONDERS ENTRY. DURING THIS INSPECTION THERE WERE NO MORE THAN 9 INDIVIDUALS PRESENT.
