T.P.D. was not able to see any State certificate stating that a group home exist or has been checked for compliance to be a group home. The owner is refusing entry at this time and T.P.D. has talk to the legal team and will be leaving the site and getting a warrant. The Director Carlos De La Torre has called and went over on what is going on at the site and did advise that I have not been in the house due to the owner is refusing entry. Will get with inspector Lopez on getting the warrant next week. Did also call the supervisor Martin Romero and went ove the situation and will review next week on what needs to be done and getting the warrant. RV. |
