THERE IS INTERNET ADVERTISEMENT OF THE NEW BUSINESS NAMED KINGZ HOOKAHLOUNG. THE SECONDARY OCCUPANCY LOAD IS UNKNOWN. THE BUSINESS HAS HAZARDOUS AND UNAPPROVED WIRING METHODS AT THE REAR OF THE BUILDING. THERE IS METAL CLAD CABLE CONNECTED FROM THE BUILDING WHICH RUNS UNDERGROUND FOR THE PURPOSE OF SUPPLING POWER ON A PERMANENT BASIS TO PEDDLER ON THE PROPERTY. AT A RESULT OF THIS TYPE OF UNAPPROVED BUSINESS THERE HAS BEEN POLICE ACTIVITY DUE TO CRIMINAL BEHAVIOR THIS BUILDING WAS CONDEMNED AN POWER WAS DISCONNECTED BY TEP. THIS INSPECTION REVEALED HAZARDOUS CONDITIONS WHICH PLACE THE PUBLIC AND OCCUPANTS IN DANGER. THIS PROPERTY IN ITS CURRENT STATE DOES IMPACT THE COMMUNITY AND DIMINISH THE QUALITY OF LIFE |
