Arrived on site with manager Rochelle and maintenance Juan, met tenant of #31. He refused to let us into the unit at this time and states he is moving out of this unit. Manager had full knowledge of this and she will be checking the unit once he moves out and fix anything that needs to be fixed. Will follow up next week on this case |
