After inspection found the car had hit one of the front post that support the overhang entry to commercial building did seem to push main interior metal beam slightly will need to checked by their construction crew as soon as possible, did damage cosmetic sheet rock and some shearing around post. Mananager took full responsibility to secure the area with the fence and secure the support of that post if need it, has signed off waiver to secure property themselves. Will be also issuing notice to secure and do all repairs under all proper permits. |
