THE BATHROOM DOOR HAS DAMAGE TO THE FRAME, THERE IS WATER DAMAGE TO THE FLOORING, ROOF DECKING AND ROOF RAFTERS HAS VENTILATION CUT OUTS FROM TFD. ELECTRICAL: THERE IS BURNT AND EXPOSED WIRING IN THE INTERIOR WALLS AND CEILING. THERE IS DAMAGE TO THE CEILING LIGHT FIXTURES. THERE ARE MELTED ELECTRICAL DEVICES. THE POWER WAS DISCONNECTED BY TEP. PLUMBING: GAS SERVICE HAS BEEN TURNED OFF BY SWG. PLUMBING IN THE FIRE DAMAGE AREA. MECHANICAL: SMOKE DAMAGE TO THE ENTIRE BUILDING HVAC UNIT ON ROOF TOP HAS SIGNS OF HEAT DAMAGE. REMARKS: 2641 AND 2643 N ESTRELLA WAS CONDEMNED, PERMIT REQUIRED FOR ALL REPAIRS.
