THE TRAILER DOES REMAIN BOARDED AND SECURED BUT THE SURROUNDING AREA IS OVERGROWN WITH DEAD VEGETATION, LEAVES ALL OVER THE GROUND. IN PASSING ON THE WAY IN I SAW A SIGN STATING ALL HOA RULES MUST BE FOLLOWED AND WERE STRICTLY ENFORCED. I SPOKE WITH THE NEIGHBOR WHO DIRECTED ME TO THE HOA TRESURERS HOUSE. I SPOKE WITH THAT PERSON WHO STATED THEY HAVE SENT THE OWNER LETTER AFTER LETTER AND WITH NEGATIVE RESPONSE, I TOLD HIM THEY MAY HAVE TO GET THEIR LAWYER INVOLVED. I LATER RECEIVED A CALL FROM THE HOA LAWYER WHO INFORMED ME THAT THE HOA COULD NOT AFFORD TO DO THE CLEAN. I TOLD HIM THE CITY WOULD NOT GET REIMBURSED FOR THIS TYPE OF SITUATION AND THEY MAY NEED TO START WITH A LETTER FROM HIM. LAWYER STATED HE WOULD HAVE TO LOK INTO THE CCR'S. THE FOLLOWING DAY I RECEIVED A CALL FROM THE TRESURER STATING THAT THEY HAVE GOTTEN IN TOUCH WITH THE OWNER OF THE TRAILER AND HE HAS AGREED TO HAVE THE PROPERTY CLEANED BY A LANDSCAPER AND WOULD START WORK ON 6/11/21. I TOLD THE HOA PERSON TO CONTACT ME IF THERE WERE FURTHER PROBLEMS OR IF THEY NEEDED MY ASSISTANCE. HOA WILL FOLLOW THROUGH WITH THEIR OWN ENFORCEMENT. COMPLIANCE / CLOSE CASE. |
