Found rats, roaches, cooler not working, no pump and lacking maintenance on the cooler, the wall heater has been tagged by Southwest gas and has yellow tag on the pipe at the wall, no smoke detectors, doors missing and not closing properly, the windows are not opening and closing properly, the water heaters are not vented properly, and other issues on site. Will call the owner and work on N.O.V. RV. |
