THE OVER 30 ROOF JOISTS HAVE DEEP CRACKS WITH CHARRED AREAS VISIBLE ON THE EDGES. DECKING HAS SOME AREAS WITH DEEP CRACKS. THERE IS A 4 X 8 ROOF CUT OUT. THE NORTH WALL HAS 2 X 6 STUD WITH DEEP CRACK AND CHARRED AREAS. THE SOUTH WALL HAS DAMAGED PLYWOOD AS WALL COVERING, THERE IS ONE WINDOW WINDOW DAMAGED. THE OPENING INTO THE MAIN BUILDING IS A PORCH AND IT HAS SEVERE DAMAGE TO THE 6 X 6 WOOD BEAM AND MULTIPLE RAFTERS, THERE IS AN ATTACHED STORAGE ROOM WITH DAMAGED WOOD SIDING. THE MAIN BUILDING HAS 2 INSPECTION HOLE IN THE CEILING. THE GARAGE IS DIVIDED INTO TWO PARTS. THE REAR PARTITIONED SECTION OF THE GARAGE IS ESTIMATED AT 22 X 24. THERE ARE (3) 6 X 6 POSTS WITH DEEP CRACKS SUPPORTING ROOF LOAD ON THE NORTHSIDE OF THE BUILDING THE SOUTHSIDE HAS FIRE DAMAGE TO THE PANEL BOARD WALL COVERING. THE BUILT UP WALL, STUDS AND BEAM ALSO HAS SEVERE DEEP CRACKS.


ELECTRICAL: THERE ARE MULTIPLE NM CABLES EXPOSED AND BURNT IN THE GARAGE AREA, THE INTERIOR PANEL ALONG WITH ELECTRICAL DEVICES ARE BURNT, TEP DISCONNECT POWER TO THE MAIN DISCONNECT.
