VISITED SITE AT THE REQUEST OF TFD. INSPECTION FOUND WATER AND SMOKE DAMAGETO THE UNIT FROM THE FIRE. IN ADDITION I FOUND FRONT WINDOW DAMAGED AND NOT OPERABLE, A/C UNIT NOT WORKING AT FULL CAPACITY, POSSIBLE LEAK IN THE KITCHEN AND DAMAGED DRYWALL. ELECTRICAL OUTLETS IN LIVINGROOM NOT WORKING. |
