OCCUPANT WOULD HAVE NEEDED TO JUMP FROM A 2ND STORY UNIT, COULD NOT BE COAXED FROM THE UNIT, DID NOT WANT TO JUMP, SHE WENT BACK FROM THE WINDOW TO THE INTERIOR OF THE UNIT. SHE WAS TAKEN TO THE HOSPITAL AND NOT DOING WELL. THE UNIT WAS FIRE DAMAGED AND CONSIDERED A TOTAL LOSS. NOV WAS ISSUED FOR A EMERGENCY VACATE AND PERMITS REQUIRED FOR ALL REPAIRS. BOARD UP WAS COMPLETED BY APT MAINTANENCE. CRIME SCENE TO FOLLOW UP THE NEXT DAY.
