TUCSON POLICE WAS CALLED TO CONDUCT A WELFARE CHECK TO ENSURE NO OTHER PERSON WAS INSIDE OF THE UNIT. THE MALE VISITOR STATED THAT THE TENANT WON'T BE BACK UNTIL LATER AND DOESN'T HAVE A PHONE. MANAGEMENT WAS NOTIFIED AND ATTEMPTED TO CONTACT THE TENANT WITH LAST KNOWN NUMBER WITHOUT SUCCESS. MANAGEMENT WAS INFORMED TO KEEP THE UNIT VACANT AND SECURED, ONLY ALLOWING ACCESS TO THE LEGAL TENANT. MANAGEMENT WAS INFORMED THAT THE TENANT SHALL NOT TO OCCUPY THE UNTIL THE REQUIRED UTILITIES ARE REESTABLISHED. TENANT IS TO ONLY RETRIEVE ITEMS FROM INSIDE OF THE UNIT OR CLEAN THE UNIT DURING DAY TIME HOURS. MANAGEMENT SIGNED REQUIRED DOCUMENTS, SIGNED DOCUMENTS ALONG WITH NOTICE AND ORDER HAS BEEN POSTED ON-SITE AT THE UNIT'S FRONT DOOR ENTRANCE. UNFIT TO OCCUPY PLACARD HAS BEEN POSTED AT THE FRONT WINDOW FACING THE COMMON AREA NEXT TO THE MAIN DOOR ENTRANCE.
