This has been going on for 7-weeks and has not been told when the AC unit will be repaired or replaced. Did call the office and given a phone number to call due to under a property maintenance manager. Did call and went over on the repairs needed and about placing the tenant into another unit. The property did have a vacant unit and will check if she wants to move into that unit until the AC is working propertly. They are getting bids to have the unit worked on. Will check tomorrow. RV. |
