SHE STATED THAT THE PERSON WHO ONCE LIVED THERE HAS NOT BEEN SEEN IN AT LEAST 6 MONTHS OR ABOUT THE TIME THAT SHE NO LONGER SAW THE CAR IN THE DRIVE AND QUIT SEEING THE PERSON. HOA PRESIDENT OWNS A HOME 2 DOORS DOWN. SHE STATED THAT IN PASSING SHE HAS SEEN THE GARAGE FILLED WITH BLACK TRASH BAGS, AND INSIDE THE HOME THERE IS SOME FURNITURE AND AGAIN TRASH BAGS IN JUST ABOUT EVERY ROOM IN THE HOUSE. THE FRONT OF THE PROPERTY WAS PRETTY CLEAN, THE FRONT COURT YARD INTO THE ENTRY DOOR COULD USE SOME CLEAN UP AND THE REAR YARD HAD DEAD PALM FRONDS SCATTERED THRU OUT THE YARD AND BEYOND THE REAR WALL. I KNOCKED ON THE FRONT DOOR AND RANG THE DOOR BELL SEVERAL TIMES BUT RECEIVED NO ANSWER. I LOOKED IN THE WINDOW OF WHAT SEEMS LIKE A OFFICE. IT APEARED SOME ONE STARTED TO CLEAN UP AND LEFT EVERYTHING ELSE AND BLACK TRAS BAGS AND TRASH IN ONE CORNER OF THE ROOM. WE WALKED TO THE REAR, LOOKED IN THE WINDOW TO THE KITCHEN, THERE WERE DIRTY DISHES IN THE SINK, ITEMS ON THE COUNTER TOPS AND BLACK TRASH BAGS IN THE KITCHEN. I CHECKED THE LIVINGROOM THERE WAS SOME FURNITURE AND THE SAME BLACK TRASH BAGS IN THE LIVINGROOM. I KNOCKED LOUDLY ON THE REAR SLIDING GLASS DOOR AND STILL RECEIVED NO ANSWER. SO IT DOES APPEAR THAT THE PERSON MAY HAVE BEEN A HOARDER FROM ALL THE TRASH AND TRASH BAGS. THE HOUSE HAS BEEN VACATED. ELECTRIC IS STILL ON AS LAMPS INSIDE THE LIVINGROOM WERE ON. I DID NOT TURN THE ELECTRIC OFF BECAUSE OF POSSIBLE FOOD IN THE REFRIDGERATOR. I ASKED IF THEY EVER CALLED TPD FOR A WELFARE CHECK , NOBODY HAS, THEY DID CONTACT PROPERTY MANAGER WHO STATED THEY SHOULD FIRST CONTACT CODE ENFORCEMENT. I TRIED CALLING THE OWNER AND VERIZON WIRELESS SAID MY CALL COULD NOT BE COMPLETED AS DIALED, TRIED SEVERAL TIMES WITH NO LUCK. I DID GOOGLE OWNER INFORMATION, SHE AT ONE TIME WORKED FOR AZ DAILEY STAR. I FOUND NO OTHER CONTACTS. I DID CONTACT THE HOA PROPERTY MANAGER WHO WAS CONTACTED BY HOA PRESIDENT AND INFORMED HER OF MY FINDING AND THAT BECAUSE THE BUILDING IS PROPERLY SECURED, ALL WINDOWS AND DOORS LOCKED AND THAT UTILITIES REMAIN ON THAT I DID NOT FEEL I HAD THE AUTHORITY TO GO INSIDE THE STRUCTURE. PROPERTY MANAGER STATED THE LAST TIME SHE HAD SPOKEN TO THE OWNER SHE WAS GOING TO SELL THE HOUSE. C/E HAS NO FURTHER ISSUES. COMPLIANCE / CLOSE CASE.
