The work that was done is not structual and all is cosmitic. The owner has talk to P.D.S.D. and the permit is not required. Replace a wooden fence approx. 16 l.f., 3-sheets of wood siding and the cooler all like for like. Will need the permit for the reconnect for the electrical and the gas to be turned back on. All the work was on the exterior and nothing on the interior. The house is for sale and will be closing the case at this time, Violation Abated, Close Case. RV. |
