The person was still on the property and was asking for one more day and he was asked to leave. He left the site to supposely get a shopping cart and did not come back. His items were moved to the sidewalk area and some of his friends were showing up looking for the person. I did leave the site once the items were moved to the sidewalk. RV. |

Met with the owner and had a No Tresspassing letter signed. Did go to the site to let the homeless know that they will have to move off the property. Met with T.P.D. and turned in to be filed. Will be checking the site tomorrow. RV. |
