VIOLATIONS FOUND ARE AS FOLLOWS:

NORTH AND SOUTH BUILDINGS, 1-5 FLOORS;

MULTIPLE CEILING TILES ARE STAINED FROM WATER DAMAGE, BOWING, CRACKED, MISSING AND BROKEN PORTIONS LEAVING GAPS AND EXCESS SPACING, ALLOWING FOR FIREWALL BREACH. CEILING TILE FRAMING APPEARS TO NOT BE ANCHORED PROPERLY ALLOWING FOR CEILING TILES TO ENCROACH ON THE REQUIRED CEILING HEIGHT, THEY ARE ALSO BENT, BOWING AND OR NOT PROPERLY HOLDING THE LOAD OF THE TILES.

MULTIPLE SPRINKLER HEADS APPEAR TO BE UNMAINTAINED, THEY ARE MISSING THEIR HOUSINGS, THOSE THAT HAVE THEIR HOUSING IN TACT ARE SITTING WITHIN A DAMAGED TILE FAR AWAY FROM HEAD AND HOUSING ALLOWING FOR FIRE WALL BREACH. MULTIPLE SPRINKLER HEADS ARE RECESSED FROM TILE SO MUCH SO YOU CAN BARELY SEE THE HEAD AND SOME MISSING HOUSING AS WELL.

OTHER SIDE OF THE MISSING TILES, ARE EXPOSED WIRING AND PLUMBING.

MULTIPLE BREAKER BOXES SCREWED SHUT ON ALL FLOORS AND BUILDINGS, SOME WITHOUT PROPER LABELING, MISSING BREAKERS, NO SPACERS, BREAKER BOX WITH MAKESHIFT SPACER OF HARD WOOD AND SCREWS. UNAPPROVED WIRING METHODS AND EXPOSED WIRING THAT ARE NOT CAPPED OFF FOUND IN THE CEILING WHERE TILES ARE MISSING, OUTSIDE IN THE COURT YARD LEADING TO OUTSIDE POST LAMPS AS WELL AS IN THE PROPERTY MANAGEMENT OFFICE, JUNCTION BOXES WITH OPENINGS THAT SHOULD BE CAPPED OFF AND OR FILLED ALLOWING WIRING TO BE EXPOSED TO WATER AND OR FIRE. ELECTRICAL OUTLETS ARE PAINTED OVER NOT ALLOWING FOR USE OF THE RECEPICLE IN MULTIPLE AREAS OF THE BUILDINGS.

EMERGENCY EXIT DOORS ARE BEING PROPED OPEN, ALLOWING FOR FIREWALL BREACH. HANDICAP DOOR ACCESS NOT WORKING AT FIRE EXIT DOORS IN EACH HALLWAY OF EVERY BUILDING, SOME DOORS ARE BROKEN AND NOT FUNCTIONING PROPERLY TO CLOSE AS THEY SHOULD FOR FIRE EGRESS SAFETY AND FIREWALL. MISSING FIRE EXTINGUISHERS, DAMAGED EMERGENCY EXIT SIGNS.

DRYERS IN LAUNDRY ROOMS NOT PROPERLY INSTALLED, VENTS ARE DISCONNECTED FROM APPLIANCE AND WALLS ABOVE THE DRYERS NEAR CEILING, ALLOWING LINT AND HOT AIR TO REMAIN IN ROOM.

GRAFFITI THROUGHOUT EXTERIOR OF BUILDINGS, PERIMETER WALLS, STEPS AND WALLS IN STAIRWELLS AND IN HALLWAYS OF BUILDING TO INCLUDE BUT NOT LIMITED TO WINDOWS AND OTHER COVERINGS AND FIXTURES.

REFUSE, TRASH AND DEBRIS THROUGHOUT EXTERIOR OF COMPLEX AS WELL AS INTERIOR OF BUILDING AND STAIRWELLS, TO INCLUDE BUT NOT LIMITED TO DEBRIS FOUND HANGING FROM TREE, APPLIANCES, CEILING TILES ALONG SIDE HALLWAY WITH NO MAINTENCE PERSON WITHIN THE AREA, SHOPPING CART, CONTRUCTION MATERIALS, HOUSEHOLD GARBAGE, CLOTHES AS WELL AS HUMAN FECES, URINE AND ANIMAL FECES WITHIN STAIRWELL.

LIGHT FIXTURES HAVE BEEN UPGRADED, NO PERMITS FOUND, LED LIGHTS FOUND WITHIN THE BUILDING ALSO ON THE EXTERIOR OF THE BUILDINGS. ALL EXTERIOR LIGHT FIXTURES DO NOT HAVE PROPER SHEILDS, LIGHTS POSITIONED SO AS TO SHINE TOWARDS NEIGHBORING PROPERTIES AND STREETS, NOT IN DOWNWARD POSTION OR SHEILDED SO AS TO PREVENT LIGHT TRESSPASS. MULTIPLE FIXTURES MISSING COVERS IN HALLWAYS AND EXTERIOR OF STAIRWELLS. SOME FIXTURES ARE TAPPED AND OR MISSING.

WILL ISSUE 30 DAY NOV AND REPORT FIRE SAFETY CONCERNS TO TFD.
