BUSINESS MANAGER ON SITE WITH A CREW MEMBER AND WILL BE SECURING THE BUILDING ONCE GIVEN APPROVALS. ELECTRIC AND GAS SERVICES ARE NOT ACTIVE, TFD HAD TO RETURN TO EXTINGUISH HEAT SPOTS FOUND IN THE ATTIC SPACE. THERE ARE FIRE DAMAGE ELECTRICAL CONDUCTORS IN THE ATTIC AREAS THERE ARE SIGNS OF BEADING ON THE CONDUCTORS. MULTIPLE ROOF TRUSSES HAVE SIGNS OF ALLIGATORING AND SADDLE BURNS. THE ROOF HAS A CUT OUT FOR VENTILATION MADE BY TFD. THERE IS HEAVY SMOKE DAMAGE THROUGHOUT THE INTERIOR FINISH. FURTHER INVESTIGATION WILL BE CONDUCTED BY TUCSON POLICE AND FIRE.

HE REPORTED TO TUCSON POLICE THAT THE EAST BUILDING NEAR ORACLE RD HAS BEEN BREACHED AND NEEDED ASSISTANCE TO ENSURE NO ONE WAS INSIDE BEFORE RE-SECURING THE BUILDING. TUCSON POLICE ARRIVED AND ENTERED THE BUILDING, REPRESENTATIVE GRANTED PERMISSION FOR CODE ENFORCEMENT TO ENTER UPON ENTERING THE BUILDING THE INTERIOR ELECTRICAL AND HVAC SYSTEM HAS BEEN CANNIBALIZED, WALL SIDING HAS BEEN DAMAGED TO ENTER THE BUILDING EXPOSING WOOD DECAY AND TERMITE INFESTATION. THE ROOF COVERING IS COMPROMISED DAY LIGHT IS VISIBLE FROM THE INTERIOR. THE BUILDING IS VACANT AND IN NEED OF REPAIR UNDER PERMIT
