Neighbors are calling that the owner is in the house and pulling the plywood off the windows. They are checking if the house sold or is he moving back in. Arrived and found the owner on site and was in the house. He is advising that the house has sold and that the realtor gave him time to remove the items out of the house. The work or rep. for the new owner did call me and they are bringing a dumpster to the site tomorrow and will be trash cleaning the property inside and out of the property. They will be changing the locks on the doors and securing the property to keep the owner out of the house. They will be securing tomorrow once they are done with the clean up. There is some openings opened and will not being secured until tomorrow by the new owners. At this time the case will be closed. Violation Abated, Close Case. RV. |
